Four things I read this quarter that changed something I did: a chapter on diary studies by Ayo Bello (I will run one in the autumn), the Nielsen Norman Group piece on sample sizes (I now say “five is a start”), a long email from Karim about support tags, and the back of a cereal box, which has better hierarchy than most of my work.
